Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Signscape subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with.
• Or email us at support@signcodesmadeeasy.com with your invoice number and we will arrange the refund for you.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to the original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your subscription page or via Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your lookup access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewals and partial periods

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it. Paddle's refund policy also applies to all orders.
